With the aim of quickly resolving any anomaly and allowing the customer to restart production as soon as possible, every channel or form of assistance is activated, from simple telephone or e-mail contact, to remote assistance connection to the system on the Desktop Remote or VPN tunnel, up to specific technical interventions on site.
