One of the strengths of our company is the technical assistance to its customers. The supply of the product, in fact, does not end with the final start-up, it goes much further: the after-sales service is constantly active throughout the entire useful life of the system.

The technical office is completely available to support the customer and resolve any problems and is ready to implement updates or changes that are useful for improving the application.

With the aim of quickly resolving any anomaly and allowing the customer to restart production as soon as possible, every channel or form of assistance is activated, from simple telephone or e-mail contact, to remote assistance connection to the system on the Desktop Remote or VPN tunnel, up to specific technical interventions on site. This technical assistance service has always been appreciated by all our customers and allows us to establish relationships of collaboration and trust that go far beyond the simple role of technology supplier.
